Humans vs. Zombies Game is This Weekend

The zombie virus will soon strike Chariton and one by one, people will join the league of the undead. As part of their Healthy University season, Lucas County Health Center is hosting a local “Humans vs. Zombies” game, which will start at 2 PM on Saturday, October 17.

Humans vs Zombies is a game of moderated tag designed to simulate a zombie apocalypse. In the game, human players must remain vigilant and defend themselves against a growing zombie horde.

“It’s a fun, healthy way to exercise and encourages students to get involved,” says Jena Wiley, Marketing Manager at Lucas County Health Center.

There is no fee to participate and registration open to participants ages 12 and older. Every player will receive a free t-shirt and will have the chance to win other prizes, including a $50 Gift Card and a Fitbit.

Registration forms can be picked up at Lucas County Health Center or LCHC Medical Clinic. For more information or to register, visit lchcia.com or check out Lucas County Health Center’s Facebook page. Interested individuals can also call 641-774-3219 to register or receive more information.
