Lucas County Health Center will never deny care to you or your family member, regardless of whether we are considered in-network with your insurance.

The best way to determine whether Lucas County Health Center is considered “in-network” with your health insurance is to contact your insurance by calling the phone number listed on your insurance card.

If you find LCHC is not in-network with your insurance and you chose to receive care, keep in mind the amount you are responsible for paying may be higher than the amount you owe at in-network providers.
