Voluntary Life Insurance Employees can choose additional life insurance coverage for themselves, their spouse, and dependents Full-Time Coverage begins on the 1st of the month after you’ve been employed for 60 days Employee
Group Short-term Disability Provides income protection of up to 50% of your weekly earnings for up to 13 weeks if you’re unable to work due to a disability.
