Lucas County Health Center is committed to meeting the health needs of the community we serve. Organizations seeking donations, sponsorships, tours, and/or event representation must submit requests using the form below. Requests are reviewed on a weekly basis.
Preference will be given to:
- Events or activities that promote health and wellness, including sponsorship of local athletes
- Events or activities that promote Lucas County
- Educational events/activities
- Civic or community events/activities
Consideration will be given to requests that meet these criteria:
- Donation and sponsorship requests must be made 30 days prior to your event/activity.
- Tours and community representation requests must be made 2 weeks prior to your event/activity.
- The group, program, or event must provide appropriate visibility and value-added opportunities for Lucas County Health Center.
Donation and sponsorship exclusions:
- Labor, political, or religious organizations or political campaigns.
- Participation in fundraising efforts for individual health needs.
