Lucas County Health Center (LCHC) is pleased to welcome Miranda Gebhart, ARNP to LCHC Medical Clinic.
Miranda is board certified in family medicine and provides a full scope of medical care. She began her career in healthcare as an Obstetrical Technician at Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City. This began her passion for providing care to obstetrical, gynecological, and nurse patients and eventually led to her becoming a Professor in Nursing at Iowa Lakes Community College. In 2019, Miranda took the next step in her career and became a Family Nurse Practitioner.
As a provider and educator, Miranda is passionate about providing personalized care to patients from all walks of life. After working years as a nurse, she has a special interest in crisis counseling and mental health. Miranda also enjoys teaching about the importance of developing healthy lifestyles, preventing disease, and collaborating with patients and other providers to create customized care plans.
Miranda and her husband, Aaron, enjoy traveling and flying their hot air balloon.
