Lucas County Health Center’s Healthy University will host “Eating Healthy Through The Holidays” on Monday, September 24 at 12 PM (noon) in the Education Room at Lucas County Health Center.
LCHC Dietitian, Staci Doering, RD, LD, will lead the seminar and will share her tried and true tips and tricks that are sure to keep you in fine form as we cap off 2018.
Community members are welcome attend. Lunch will be provided to all attendees and door prizes will also be drawn.
