For going “above & beyond” in the best interest of Lucas County Health Center, Diane Carruthers became the most recent recipient of the Employee of the Quarter Award. Carruthers, pictured with Brian Sims, CEO, was recognized for greeting all patients with a smile when meeting them in the hallway, always offering assistance to patients when they look lost or confused, being the first to help her co-workers with problems or questions, and demonstrating a very strong work ethic.
