Lucas County Health Center (LCHC) recognized Bob Ulrich with the President’s Volunteer Service Award at their annual volunteer recognition program on April 12th. Ulrich has served LCHC for over 20 years and has volunteered over 4,480 hours at more than 16 stations in our community.
“Volunteering is the life blood of rural communities like ours,” said Brian Sims, CEO. “Our volunteers are truly the life force behind so many things in our community and I’m humbled to work alongside each and everyone one of you.”
The President’s Volunteer Service Award is the premier volunteer award in the United States and encourages citizens to live a life of service through presidential gratitude and national recognition.
