Lucas County Health Center (LCHC) recognized Sharon Neel with the President Volunteer Service Award at their annual volunteer recognition program on April 20th. Neel has served LCHC for over 25 years and has volunteered over 6,375 hours at more than 20 stations in our community.
“Even though you may not seek recognition, your example can deliver a powerful message that encourages others to take action,” said JoBeth Lawless, Chief Nursing Officer at LCHC. “Our community and program will be forever grateful for your time and commitment.”
The President’s Volunteer Service Award is the premier volunteer award in the United States and encourages citizens to live a life of service through presidential gratitude and national recognition.
