Beginning Tuesday, May 25th patients who call Lucas County Health Center can expect to encounter a new automated phone system.
Callers will now be given the option to select from a list of options, including pressing a number for a department, dialing by extension, and more. Callers will also have the option to press “0” to reach an attendant for further assistance.
