Lucas County Health Center’s Healthy University will host a lunch and learn titled”Going Against the Grain: What It Means to Be Gluten-Free” on Wednesday, November 18 from 12:15 – 12:45 PM in Conference Room A.
This seminar will cover the basics of gluten sensitivity and the gluten-free diet. LCHC’s Dietitian Linda Klejch will lead the seminar.
Community members are welcome attend. Lunch will be provided to all attendees. Door prizes will also be drawn.
