You are more likely to encounter someone in an emotional or mental crisis than someone having a heart attack. Learn how to help a friend, family member, coworker, student or neighbor in need. Get trained in Mental Health First Aid.
All community members are welcome to attend. MUST ATTEND BOTH DAYS.
Cost of the course ($30) will be covered by LCHC’s Healthy University. Registration REQUIRED and is limited to the first 20 people. Must register by Wednesday, February 7. Lunch will be provided on both days. Attendees will have the chance to win door prizes.
