RN Flex Nurse (Day Shift)

Department:

Nursing Admin

Days and Shifts:
  • Works 16-24 hours per week, varied days and hours
  • Possible weekend coverage
Description:
  • Provides patient care and other functions in all nursing departments
  • Communicates effectively with all shifts for continuity of care
  • Maintains satisfactory relations with all departments
  • Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and assists in the operations of the clinic and hospital departments as directed
  • Helps maintain clinical areas in a proficient and efficient manner
Requirements
Educational/Experience:
  • Current Iowa licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • Healthcare Provider BLS
  • Mandatory Abuse Reporter Certification within 6 months of employment
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English well
  • Preferred to have ACLS and PALS certifications
