Days and Shifts:
  • Full-time position
  • Monday – Friday from  8 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Participates in on-call rotation, to be determined
Description:
  • Responsible for maintenance and repair of equipment as assigned throughout the facility
  • Various tasks include renovation and remodeling of the facility, be able to diagnose and evaluate malfunctions of equipment
Requirements
Educational/Experience:
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal directions as given
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Mandatory Abuse Reporter certification with 6 months of hire
  • Current/Valid driver’s license
  • Dependable and responsible
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English well
  • Drives company vehicles, forklift
  • Operates boilers and heating/cooling systems as instructed
  • Operates power tools and other equipment as directed
  • Monitors/Clears walkways, driveways, and parking areas for ice/snow removal
  • Snow/ice removal and sand/salt application as appropriate
  • Lawn and garden work i.e. mowing, trimming, landscape/tree care
