Join Lucas County Health Center for our 2nd Annual “Shock Walk” 5K Run/Walk. Proceeds from this event will be used to purchase batteries and patches for lifesaving AEDs throughout Lucas County.
The event will be held at the Cinder Path, a beautiful nature trail located along Court Avenue in Chariton. Participants will have the option to be timed. All event registrations include a t-shirt. Dogs and strollers welcome. (Note: Terrain may be considered a little rough for strollers.)
Our trail will also be lined with photos of cardiac arrest survivors who would not be here without the assistance of an AED and good samaritans. Learn more about their stories as you make your way down the trail.
