Quality Improvement Manager – Full Time

  • Monday – Friday from 8 AM – 4:30 PM
Description:
  • To coordinate and support the hospital and clinic in clinical quality and medical staff quality improvement in a manner consistent with the standards of licensing agencies, medical staff bylaws and rules and regulations, and facility administrative policies
  • Support timely and appropriate participation by hospital and medical staff members in the quality improvement process, and coordinate documentation and reporting activities, as required
  • Serve as a member of the Health Center’s Managers Team
Requirements
Educational/Experience:
    • RHIT, RN OR 4 year degree in healthcare related field
    • Five years clinical background preferred
    • Mandatory Abuse Reporter Certification required within 6 months of employment
    • Excellent computer skills
    • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English well
