Description:
Provides confidential, high-level administrative support to the CEO and other members of Administration to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Administrative office and organization. Serves as the Board of Trustees liaison, plans, coordinates, and distributes information to be included in the monthly Board packets.

Days and Shifts:
Projected Start Date:  01/07/2020
Mainly Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm

Requirements:

  • Required – High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred – Additional qualifications as Executive or Administrative Assistant
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and detail-oriented skills
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Mandatory Abuse Reporter certification required within 6 months of hire
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English well
