LCHC'S Rehabilitation Services offer comprehensive therapies including physical, occupational, and speech therapies, as well as athletic training services for local athletes. Utilizing LCHC Rehabilitation Services can offer countless benefits.  Whether you are recovering from surgery, injury, illness, or stroke, we can help you regain your mobility, strength, and daily function.  

 

We accept physician referrals from your primary physician and/or specialist. Most services are covered by insurance, however, we urge all patients to check with their insurance providers to verify coverage prior to receiving treatment.

 

Physical Therapy

Whether you are recovering from a fall, illness, or surgery, LCHC Physical therapy offers comprehensive and individual treatment plans to put you back on your feet. Physical therapy provides for successful treatment of illness and injury, including post-surgical therapy to help patients regain mobility and strength following:

• Joint Replacement surgery (knees, hips, and shoulders)
• Spinal Surgery (neck and back)
• Surgical repair of fractures, as well as rotator cuff, knee, ACL, and meniscus repairs.

The PT services at LCHC can also provide relief from pain for patients who suffer from headache as well as acute or chronic pain in the back, neck, and/or joints. It can also benefit patients who have suffered from a stroke.
