Healthy University: Better Breakfast Seminar is September 22

Lucas County Health Center’s Healthy University will host “Better Breakfast” – a seminar about the importance of a balanced breakfast on Thursday, September 22 at 8:15 AM and 9:30 AM in Conference Room A at Lucas County Health Center.

Amber Letz, Certified Health Coach, will lead the seminar and will discuss why breakfast really is the most important meal of the day! Attendees will learn how to make simple switches and better choices at breakfast.

Community members are welcome attend. Breakfast will be provided to all attendees. Door prizes will also be drawn.
