Humeston Medical Clinic in Humeston, IA, will be closing effective April 1, 2017 and will no longer participate as a certified rural health clinic in the Medicare Program (Title XVIII of the Social Security Act.)
The agreement between Humeston Medical Clinic, in Humeston, IA, and the Secretary of Health and Human Services will terminate on April 1, 2017 in accordance with the provisions of the Social Security Act.
