Healthy University: Eating Smart for a Healthy Heart Seminar is February 23

Lucas County Health Center’s Healthy University will host “Eating Smart for a Healthy Heart” on Thursday, February 23 at 12 PM (noon) in the Education at Lucas County Health Center.

Chariton Hy-Vee’s Dietitian Sarah Peterson, RDN, LDN, CPhT will lead the seminar and will discuss the importance of eating heart healthy foods and how they affect your blood pressure, cholesterol and more.

Community members are welcome attend. Lunch will be provided to all attendees and door prizes will also be drawn.
