LCHC delivers first baby of 2008

Lucas County Health Center celebrated its first birth of 2008 with the Garbuzov family of Chariton. A baby boy, Samuel, was born to Nikolay and Nadezha Garbuzov at 1:39 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2008, at LCHC. He weighed seven pounds and measured 20 inches long. The family received many gifts from area merchants, groups and individuals through the LCHC First Baby of the Year program.
