LCHC’s Rehabilitation Services offers comprehensive therapies including physical, occupational, and speech therapies, as well as athletic training services for local athletes and pediatric therapy of all disciplines. Our staff includes two physical therapists, an occupational therapist, a speech and language pathologist, two physical therapist assistants and one certified athletic trainer.
Utilizing LCHC Rehabilitation Services offers countless benefits. Whether you are recovering from surgery, injury, illness or stroke, we can help you regain your mobility, strength and daily function. We accept physician referrals from your general family practice physician or specialist. Most services are covered by insurance, however we urge all patients to check with their insurance providers to verify coverage prior to receiving treatment.

LCHC Skilled Nursing Care is a “step down” from the care patients receive during hospitalization for illness or surgery. Patients may “qualify” for skilled care if they are recovering but are still in need of care such as IV treatment, or physical, occupational, or speech therapy. LCHC Physical Therapy is among the best when it comes to injury rehabilitation. We have established a reputation among physicians for providing the highest quality rehabilitative services, For patients recovering from a fall, illness or surgery, LCHC Physical Therapy offers comprehensive, individualized treatment to put patients back on their feet.
LCHC Occupational Therapy offers a wide array of treatment options for patients who have sustained injury or suffered a debilitating illness such as stroke or cancer. These may include, but are not limited to upper extremity and hand rehabilitation, activities of daily living recovery, lymphedema treatment, and incontinence therapy.
LCHC Speech Therapy offers assistance in regaining communication skills that are diminished due to stroke, injury or other illness. Our speech and language pathologist is specially trained to assist patients in recovering speech, voice and language capabilities. Swallow studies and therapies are available.
LCHC Athletic Training Services provides outreach to local high school athletes to help them recover quickly to return to the field of play. Our certified athletic trainer educates athletes and coaches on the prevention of injury. He attends many varsity games to provide on-site immediate intervention in case of injury.
Pediatric Therapy Services provides physical, occupational and speech therapy for children. These highly trained practitioners are specialized and experienced in specific needs of our younger patients.
